Jumia Pickup Station Policy
For customers using the Jumia Pickup Station delivery method, the estimated delivery timeline is shown during checkout. Please Note: Packages must be picked up within one week of arrival. If a package is not collected in time, it will be returned to us. In such cases, shipping and order processing fees will not be refunded.
